  We act as the Data Controller for our direct clients. For visitors to the websites we build ("End Users"), our client is the Controller and we act as a Technical Data Processor.

• Age Limit

  Use of our services confirms you are of the age of majority. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

2. Information We Collect

• Voluntary

  Information provided via contact forms, including Name, Email, and Phone.

• Automated

  Technical metadata such as IP addresses, browser headers, and referral URLs collected via Cloudflare and internal logs for security and performance.

• Third-Party

  We receive billing data via [Stripe/GoCardless/Monzo] and project data via [GitHub/GitLab].

3. Use of Information & Marketing

• Service Delivery

  We use information to build, maintain, and secure your project.

• De-identified Data

  We may use anonymized technical logs to improve our development frameworks and troubleshoot coding errors.

• Direct Marketing

  We may use your email to create "Look-alike Audiences" for our own social media advertising. You can opt out at any time via the "Unsubscribe" link in our emails.
  We may reach out to customers to get a review for the service provided - this could be used on KrillaByte own site or on company social media channels, but will only be displayed with consent.

4. Legal Compliance & Law Enforcement

• Mandatory Complaints

  Under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, you have a right to lodge a formal complaint at [contact@krillabyte.dev]. We acknowledge all receipts within 30 days.

• Good Faith Disclosure

Data is primarily processed in the UK. Where third-party services such as Cloudflare and GitHub are used, data is transferred under the UK-US Data Bridge or standard contractual clauses.
